About us
Xtra Hands Ltd is a small company based in Banstead, Surrey and offers a high quality home help and cleaning service.
The company was formed by Chrissy Carter who has over 30 years of experience of running and organising a home whilst working for a Local Authority and the National Health Service. The idea for the company came about after Chrissy’s elderly mother underwent extensive surgery and needed time to recuperate before being able to carry out everyday tasks again. Although carers came in to see her mother each day, there were a number of things that needed to be done which were difficult to fit in whilst working full-time.
2 Years ago we decided to split the company to offer a higher quality service. Xtra hands LTD is now fully dedicated to the care side. Therefore Sparkly and Clean LTD are our sister company and provides our cleaning services.
Xtra Hands currently has a client base that includes residents in the Wallington, Sutton, Carshalton, Banstead, Tadworth, Epsom and Ewell areas. As a rule of thumb, we generally cover areas that are within a 5 mile radius of of Banstead.
We are also extremely pleased to be included on the Age Concern Trades Register List in Banstead.
