Xtra Hands Limited is now a Home Support company. We operate in the Banstead and nearby areas. We offer high quality support, helping you to live safely and independently at home. We offer short-term or long-term assistance to meet your needs. Over the last 12 years, we have successfully helped our residents and their families in the local community by offering an extensive home help service. We help with the practical side and also incorporate most of your household chores. I am pleased to say that those particular needs are being taken care of by our sister company, Sparkly & Clean Limited. Therefore, you can be rest assured that we will look after you the best way that benefits you.

The Xtra Hands Promise
- Be honest in all dealings with customers.
- Be realistic, where possible, in regards to work dates and the length of time required to carry out tasks
- Keep to all appointments booked and to the time agreed. If we are unable to make the original time or date we will call the customer to let them know and try to re-schedule where possible.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Be courteous and respectful to all customers, their property and their belongings.
- Reply to and deal with any customer complaints received promptly and without confrontation or abuse.
- Never demand cash.
- Keep the customers informed all aspects of works being undertaken.
- Advise the customer before commencing any additional works that would incur additional cost due to a variation in the original quotation.
- To follow the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
- To use chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations.
